From your device messaging app, send the “M2R E” message to 92992. You can replace the letter “E” with the first letter of your preferred language. For example, type “M2R A” for Arabic.
Upon sending the text above, metrash will reply with a link to download the app Metrash2. The message will also include metrash2 activation codes (parts 1 and 2). Click the link and download and install the app on your device.

How to Change Personal Details on the Metrash2 App

A copy of the old passport (before change)
A copy of the new passport
A written application for a change of personal details (personal request)

Open and log in to your metrash app
Head on to the Residency menu and click on the Change Personal Info

Activating Metrash on a Second Device
